Jeffrey Proctor is a novelist, naval historian, and the author of "Blades: Adventures of a Navy Helicopter Pilot". He has also published novels under the name J.P. Burke. In 2018, he launched VeteransRemember.com, where veterans' stories can be recorded for posterity. He is the creator of "A Brief Naval History" podcast, which is available on Anchor.fm and Spotify.
